ARC Apprenticeship Program

The program unfolds in phases, each designed to deepen skills and broaden experience. From foundational training to client interaction and hands-on casting work, Apprentices graduate with a well-rounded skill set, insider knowledge, and a clear understanding of the casting profession.

ARC’s mission is to empower curious, passionate individuals with the tools, connections, and confidence to thrive in casting and across the entertainment industry. Whether you’re starting out or transitioning into a new chapter, the ARC Apprenticeship helps you find your footing, your voice, and your future.

This is a paid, in-person position in New York City. Prior casting experience is welcome but not required. We’re looking for candidates who are:

• Collaborative, detail-oriented, and proactive
• Strong communicators with excellent organizational skills
• Self-starters with a “no job too small” mindset
• Trustworthy, curious, creative—and bring a great sense of humor

• Assist with daily administrative and casting operations
• Manage phones, mail, camera check-ins, and office inventory
• Prepare and pack audition materials
• Support audition scheduling and on-site coordination
• Operate casting software and build client presentations
• Participate in office meetings and periodic evaluations
